We work primarily with commercial and mixed-use properties: office buildings, retail complexes, warehouses, and strata-managed commercial spaces. Whether you manage a single site or a portfolio of buildings, we can tailor a service plan to suit.
Do you handle both reactive and preventive maintenance?
Yes. We manage both reactive callouts (fixing things when they break) and scheduled preventive maintenance programs (catching problems before they become expensive). Preventive maintenance typically costs 3–5× less than reactive. We'll help you find the right balance for your property.
What happens after a job is completed?
Every completed job includes a written close-out report covering what was done, any materials used, site photos, and recommendations for follow-up work. This is standard on every job, no exceptions.
How do I log a maintenance request?
You can log a job via our online form, by phone, or by email. For existing clients, requests can also be submitted through the client portal. We triage every request and confirm a scheduled response time within one business day.
Are your tradespeople licensed and insured?
Yes. All tradespeople working on Bygge FM jobs are appropriately licensed for their trade in Victoria and carry current public liability insurance. We vet every contractor before they step onto one of our clients' sites.
Can you manage multiple sites under one contract?
Absolutely. Portfolio clients are a core part of what we do. A single contract, single point of contact, and consolidated monthly reporting across all your sites. We make multi-site management straightforward.
